Information and Seating Arrangements

Along with parents, caregivers, whnau and community, we look forward to celebrating the success of our year 9 – 13 learners and farewelling our graduates at our annual prize giving.
Prizewinning students families will be emailed this Friday (25 November); please phone our office if your student is unable to attend.
Due to the significant number of students receiving awards and anticipated whnau attending, we anticipate that maximum seating capacity of the College Gym (Sneddon Centre) will be exceeded.The following arrangements have been made to enable all to participate in the celebration and enjoyable this wonderful occasion.
All prizewinning students to be in formal uniform and seated in the Gym by 6.45 pm sharp for a 7pm start.
Year 9, 12 and 13 Parents, Caregivers, Whnau are invited to attend the prize giving in the Gymnasium.
Year 10 and 11 Parents, Caregivers and Whnau are invited to join the prizegiving celebration live streamed in the College Library with drinks and nibbles. At the conclusion of the prizegiving we invite you to move across to the Gym and welcome all prize winners as they exit the Gym and enjoy gathering with students and community immediately following.
Prizegiving – may be viewed from home and shared with Whnau across the globe.
Following Prizegiving – Parents, caregivers and staff are invited back to the Library for light refreshments and farewell gathering.
